Lasagne

I won't put down any recipe for this as I didn't make the white sauce. But, a good tip for lasagne is to prepare it a day before you bake it. That way the meat sauce will get all rich and lovely.

In the wake of what appear to be inadequate EU reductions in fishing quotas that may endanger North Sea stocks and possibly wipe out an entire species, I am trying to promote a readily available and nourishing alternative.

Your recipes look marvellous, and I wonder if you may have any suggestions for appetising meals using common British slugs as the main ingredient.
